About Enknapp
The name "Enknapp" means "One Button" in Swedish. It captures my philosophy: making complex technology simple and accessible.
I run Enknapp as part of Edge Pharos AB, a Swedish consulting firm that bridges business goals with modern technology. With deep expertise in Microsoft environments and years of hands-on experience in enterprise settings, I help companies build scalable, secure, and cost-effective digital solutions.
My philosophy is straightforward: use what you already have. Smart integrations and automations unlock powerful capabilities without unnecessary investments. By combining standard tools like Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint with intelligent architecture and pragmatic design, I create solutions that work well and save both time and money.
I don't need a detailed requirements specification. In fact, I rarely want one. What I need is for you to describe the problem in your own words. Once you explain your situation, I can ask a few clarifying questions and usually propose a solution quickly. Our industry needs to get better at listening to business people in their own language, then taking responsibility for translating that into working technology. My focus is making technology useful without wasting your time.

The Story Behind Enknapp
A few years ago, a colleague said to me: "There are so many systems to log into, and I have to learn so much IT just to do my job. Can't you just give me one button???"
That frustration is real. It's not just about disconnected systems. It's also about a culture that writes more manuals instead of fixing the actual problem. People have jobs to do. They don't have time to hunt for SharePoint links when something breaks in a completely different system.
That's where the idea was born. If you can describe the problem, you can solve it. Enknapp is my answer: a philosophy and technical approach where the difficult becomes simple, the complex becomes clear, and the valuable becomes accessible.

International automotive corporation: leadership selection platform
Facing a major restructuring on a tight deadline, I built a system that let leaders in a global management pool rank their preferred future positions. The platform handled over 1,500 concurrent users, stayed available for weeks, and allowed ongoing adjustments. The results shaped the new organizational structure. It launched on time with zero issues, built entirely on existing Microsoft 365 licenses. Read more in Ingenjören (March 2025, Swedish).
International industrial corporation: M365 strategy and collaboration platform
Led the design and implementation of a Teams and SharePoint-based collaboration platform spanning companies in different tenant environments. The focus was governance, automated permissions, and compliance.
Industrial corporation: contract management
Built a Power Platform system that automates the full lifecycle of data sharing agreements. It includes approval workflows, Power BI dashboards, and integration with compliance processes.
Construction and technology group: cost allocation model
Led an internal IT initiative to create a new service catalog with clear system descriptions and a model for distributing costs across group companies. The solution covered project costs, support efforts, and license fees, enabling fairer and more transparent allocation.
Construction and technology group: Microsoft contract negotiations
Managed discussions with license partners for new three-year agreements and handled annual true-ups. By restructuring the license packaging, I optimized the agreements for more flexible and cost-effective cloud delivery.
Global industrial corporation: identity structure for integration
On my own initiative, I developed a global system linking individuals to organizational structures. This became a foundation for several downstream integrations with other systems. Built on SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI using only existing Microsoft 365 licenses, it serves employees worldwide daily. I manage it end-to-end: concept, development, operations, and support.

Enknapp is a trading name of Edge Pharos AB (reg. no. 559408-9053), a Swedish technology consulting firm based in Tyresö. I combine strategy, technology, and business understanding with a focus on delivering value quickly and cost-effectively. The name "Enknapp" reflects my philosophy: smart solutions should be easy to use and simple to understand.
Business concept: I help companies and public sector organizations turn business strategies into technical solutions without starting from scratch. By reusing existing tools, connecting systems more intelligently, and thinking pragmatically, I build solutions that are secure, scalable, and sustainable, both economically and technically. The focus is on automating, integrating, and simplifying, typically in Microsoft environments using Power Platform, M365, and cloud infrastructure.
